Ordering By Telephone (Credit Card

If you would like to place your credit card order by phone,
call (800) 234-1022. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tell the
operator that you are calling to make an Internet order.
Ordering By Fax Or Regular Mail:
Whales & Friend's Secure Online Ordering
System protects your credit card and personal information using the latest in encryption
technology. However, if you feel more comfortable, you may submit your order by fax or
regular mail.
Ordering by fax or mail is as easy as 1-2-3!
- Select items from the online catalog and add them to your shopping cart. When you're
ready to complete your order, click the "Checkout" button.
- Choose "Click here to create an order form for fax or mail orders." Once you
have received an order total, click on your browser's "Print" button (usually
located at the top of your screen).
- FAX: Fax the printed order form to (860) 767-4381. Fax orders are accepted 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. (Credit cards only)
MAIL: Enclose payment by check, money order, or credit card. Please do not send cash.

Your order will be processed no later than the next business morning. If

Payment Terms
Credit Cards:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Please include the entire
credit card number, expiration date and signature. The CID# printed on the back of your card is now required.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Security Code 3-digit, non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on
the "back" of the card. American Express Security Code: 4-digit, non-embossed number printed above your
account number on the "face" of the card.
Personal Checks & Money Orders:
Make your check or money order payable to "Whales & Friends." Personal
checks must be imprinted with name, street address (No P.O.Boxes) and daytime telephone
number. Without the proper information, your order may be held up to 14 days for
verification. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH!
Gift Certificates:
Please call our 800 number to pay with a Gift Certificate.
C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery):
Sorry, we do not accept C.0.D. orders.
Special Promotions

Sales Tax
Connecticut residents will be charged a 6%
sales tax on all purchases except clothing items under $50.00.
Shipping
& Handling
Orders are carefully packed by hand and shipped from the Whales & Friend's Warehouse in
Centerbrook, CT. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for delivery.
All standard orders are shipped either USPS or UPS. Please include both your street
address and PO Box if applicable. Any items labeled "NO Air Shipping" are only able to ship Ground delivery, no express
shipping available.
All Air orders must be received Monday - Friday by 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) to be included in
that day's shipment. Next day air orders placed on Friday should arrive on Monday. Second Day Air orders placed on Friday should arrive on Tuesday. Three Day Air orders placed on Friday should arrive on Wednesday. WE CANNOT
SHIP AIR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. Each order has a $1.50 Insurance and Handling Charge in addition to the shipping cost. There is an additional $10.00 Shipping Charge for orders to Canada, Hawaii & Alaska. Our warehouse is closed on weekends.

Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee every product in our catalog to be of
superior quality and design. If not simply return it to us in saleable
condition within 60 days for replacement, exchange or refund. Please
try shoes on a carpeted surface to be certain of fit.
Should you need to return an item to us, we ask that you read the following
instructions to make your return transaction as smooth as possible:
- Place the item to be returned, original packaging material and all papers in the
original shipping carton, if possible.
Detach the address label on the back of the shipping invoice. This will be the shipping
label for your return.
Then, fill out the return form
and enclose it INSIDE THE CARTON with your item.
Seal the package and attach the return label to the outside
of the carton with glue or cellophane tape.
When returning merchandise by UPS or USPS, please insure for
the value of the merchandise and keep the receipt until the problem is resolved.

returned because it was delivered in damaged condition, please call (800) 234-1024 for
further instructions.
